I’d recommend having them replace it (call their home internet number) with the one that has external antenna ports (free), and check out the NaterTater youtube and determine whether you want to invest in an external antenna. In general, I’ve found the g4se to be ‘slightly’ better than the Arcadyan KVD-21
Adding the ‘internal’ quad-mini gave only slight improvement (I already have good download - as high as possible from the tower), and kept the device from dropping to n71 (n41 preferred), and improvement on upload.
Eg. This morning, service hit 704Mbps/35.8Mbps with service showing as ‘good’.
