After being hung up on and never being called back , I have wasted over 20hrs working to resolve a billing issue? Is there email address or something that not an overseas call center and more professional?
There is no e-mail support but you can DM T-Mobile on either Twitter/X or Facebook to try and resolve your billing issue.
