Poor cellphone reception
-My cell reception has been sketchy but it seems to be getting worse. My daughter’s having the same trouble also. She is on my plan but doesn’t live in my house. -People can’t seem to hear us. ...
Have you both tried with ‘WiFi calling off’ in other locations ?
Also, you can request what is called a ‘cell spot’ which will connect to your fiber gateway and generate a low range 4G LTE signal. It may be that AT&T or Xfinity has some issues with VoIP (I can’t say .. I’ve used Spectrum and its ok).
