poor connection

Anybody else's connection went bad all of a sudden??

  • Good luck.  There’s a tower up US-101 that’s been down for 6 months, and the other is decommissioned.  Rep’s don’t even acknowledge that there was a tower.

    I’d recommend hitting up FB/Twitter/X which have US based tech support to try and get some info.

    Alternatively - if its Home Internet - there’s a dedicated number for it.

    As far as class action - you’ll have some trouble with that until you go arbitration.   I’d say try social media / HomeInternet number .. if that doesn’t work, go up the food chain through BBB / PUC /FCC.  

  • Yes and it says it's fixed but it's not.  Also the coverage map says I should have service where I don't.  Since there's not a contract,  I'll be switching after my phone is paid off

  • I have only had one bar all day and every phone call I make nobody can hear me. Everyday it gets worse. 

  • In the best if times I can't go more than a month without my Tmibile tower modem going T**s Up. It negatively impact's my work and trading big time! Their main excuse isI they've been working on my local cell tower (for about two years now). There is no way that is the truth  (in my opinion). As someone who has managed crews who repaired cell towers, if it took them more than 2 WEEKS (much less two years) to complete a cell tower repair they'd be fired. Two years? Come on there aren't that many Turnip trucks for us all to fall off of to beleive that. Legal avenue time folks. Anyone of you know a good class action attorney out there? My attorney's don't do class action.  Let's go big on this one. Maybe they'll start to give their customers ao.w respect. I'd settle.for 6 months of a clear network connection that doesn't freeze every time I sell a time sensitive stock.

    Yes, spotty service for a couple of days now. Both TMHI and phone. TMHI is often garbage, but phone at least usually worked when it was out. No joy from cust svc.

    “Fixed” from CS isn’t always factual.  I’ve had T-Mobile tell me “It’ll be fixed by tomorrow”.  8 years go by ...

    Dial up speeds since early am. How long does it take to troubleshoot a 1g ckt.

    same here. its been like 3 weeks , one bar , goes to SOS and I am in the house or outside and still the same. what can be done? Has anyone else reach out to tmobil?
