Phanthom Customer Services!
My husband and I have mad about 18 calls during the past 3 weeks over various times of the day to reach Customer Service….ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL!!!!!!! This has NEVER happened to us being a Customer with them for 20 years!!! OMG!!! what is going on. My husband has even gone to the T-Mobile store and they have problems calling Customer Service as well. This is so frustrating and sad at the same time……………..looking to go to another provider after so long! Has anyone else had this issue???

no. i tend to do the Facebook/Twitter method..works well, technically a paper trail as to what was said and you start with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
