My husband and I have mad about 18 calls during the past 3 weeks over various times of the day to reach Customer Service….ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL!!!!!!! This has NEVER happened to us being...
no. i tend to do the Facebook/Twitter method..works well, technically a paper trail as to what was said and you start with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
