NO DATA CONNECTION IN VANCOUVER, BC
Hello,
I’m experiencing this issue as well. Two days now without data. I’ve gone through my phone with a fine toothed comb, reset, toggled between airplane mode, update the iOS and NADA! I’m on the phone now with Tmobile tech trying to get this situation resolved. Has anyone had any luck? This has never happened to me before.

I had this issue occur once. My ‘Data Roaming’ was disabled on my phone. As @drnewcomb states.
If calling still works, its ‘data only’ issue, and typically on the handset. Text should also still function. Also, what plan are you using? Postpaid/Prepaid, Magenta/One/Choice

I’m sure Customer Service suggested you check your phone’s roaming data toggle? Have you tried manually selecting the various Canadian carriers?
