    After a frustrating call to my ‘team of experts’ I still do not have an answer to the same question.  I bought an international data pass and cannot seem to find out the usage.  Jeez TMO, how about an answer.

    We have two phones with 15gb/30 day international passes. On the primary phone I can see the data usage as in the above screenshots but it doesn’t show on the secondary phone. The web interface doesn’t seem to show data remaining for either phone. 
    Any suggestions how to check this without calling customer service? They didn’t have an answer btw…

     

     

  • You can check the data usage on an international pass on any of your lines by logging into the desktop website and then:

    1. Navigate to the Usage tab (top left)
    2. Click on Data for current billing period
    3. Click on the phone line you want to check
    4. Once the details load for that line, click on the Data Pass tab.
