Restarting phones regularly is important to keep them running well. Having to do it every day can be a bit much and out of necessity to get service is annoying. 

Guantanamo Bay does have T-Mobile service. A few things she can do in settings are

  1. Making sure the Wi-Fi calling preference is set to Cellular Preferred - Turn on/off Wi-Fi calling Galaxy S10e T-Mobile Support
  2. Make sure the Network Mode is set to Auto and she can do a network selection to ensure T-Mobile is selected.
  3. Remove any device manager or battery saver apps. 
  4. Update the phone to the most recent software update.
