Fed up with T-Mobile's customer service

I have been a Sprint/T-Mobile customer for years!  I had a 3 line Essential Savers plan for $100/month.  I switched to a 4 line Essential Savers plan, also for $100/month.  I was charged a $62 "prorated" charge to make the switch.  When two plans cost the same amount, it shouldn't be an additional $62.  I tried calling customer service, got hung up on once and got nowhere on the second time.  I can't seem to get them to understand that, yes, I understand the whole "midcycle change", but when two plans cost the exact same amount, it shouldn't be almost double to change.  I hate throwing around the "I'm gonna switch", but providers always fall all over new customers and crap on their existing.  It's probably time to leave T-Mobile.
