Does anyone get any help from the  chat

I've been dealing with billing issue they claim to fix for months and still they're screwing me

  • See above.  Other option is to call 611, and end up with ‘Customer Care’ line

  • hit up TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..you start with tier 2 support...send them a direct message..do not post on their main page.
