T-Mobile there go to excuse for anything is there is an outage.
for 5 years that's the one excuse I get every time I Call. T-Mobile please for the love of the Lord above. update the overseas tech support that have no IT training just read an outdated dsl book.(they have no clue about our internet) your tech team do same speel everytime. Unplug for 5 mins then reset to factory. Then well I see there is a tower down . 5yrs an same bs. There is no listed outages on map on your site but in-store 10mins ago guess what ? There is an outage it's been out 4months . Hmm so if I call the FCC again will the VP call me and send me new not released modem again an fix my internet next day 3yrs no issues after 2weeks ago I went from 5g.to aol dialup. It's unacceptable. I'm betting the issue is the space link merge is #1 at the moment. So we can wait . Because you want us to cancel so we won't get unlimited fast 5g anymore for us locked in customers. So everyone file a fcc report about no outages posted on site but they say there is. They have to inform customers. Per FCC REGULATIONS . FCC NETWORK Outage reporting System. Anyone get a notification, email, call, letter, post ? Yea me either . So Fcc report file it works fast.Deedeej452 hours agoRoaming Rookie5Views0likes0CommentsUPS lost my new phone order and there is nothing T-Mobile will do
I just ordered a new S24 Galaxy. They send it UPS 2nd day. The phone was reported damaged by UPS. It was to replace my current S20 with damaged screen. T-Mobile won't do a thing for me. In 7-10 days I will get a refund and now I have to order the phone again with the same UPS 2nd day service. Oops, we don't care, next!demongolem5 hours agoVisitor18Views0likes1CommentMy 5G HI gets slow, then speeds up after reset
I am new to the 5G Home Internet package from TMobile. Initially, the system was fine, speed was acceptable no problems with YouTube and Roku streaming. Lately, within the last couple weeks, during the early evening hours, say 5-7 PM, the system starts slowing down. Sometimes it gets so bad that I can not get on the Internet at all. And here is the kicker: All I have to do to get it to go back to normal is just reset the router. Today is a good example: around 2:50 PM, I was getting 540Mbps x 14.50Mbps. Then at 5:01 PM I was down to 27.85 x 0.21. I do a reset, and I jump back to 300 x 18.60. I spoke with Level 1 CSR and finally was speaking to who ever is in Manilla and was advised to place the router as close to the window as possible. I even had the router on the windows sill, but the morning son shines thru so I moved. I found a sweet spot just below the window and thought I had resolved the issue. But and that's when it went down to 27.85 x 0.21, and resolved it by the reset. Anybody have any thoughts on this? Is it my router? Ask for a replacement? Go back to AT&T? Thanks.Michael4218 hours agoNetwork Novice116Views0likes2CommentsNew Gateway - No Internet on Phone
I upgraded to a Galaxy S25+. Came home and connected to my Gateway I'd had since 2023. During my upgrade, store people said I could upgrade my Gateway for free, and that'd even set it up so that it was the same name and password. Went in a week later and traded Gateways. Came home and the Gateway connects to all my devices, except the phone. It actually does connect, but it's Connected Without Internet. I've tried resetting Wifi settings, cleared cache, and pretty much all the routine stuff I could think of. Still nothing. Phone's Wifi works as I was able to connect to old Gateway as well as other Wifi. Just this new Gateway it refuses to work with.jjjones32522 hours agoVisitor29Views0likes0CommentsAnyone else stuck paying for sunsetted SyncUp Tracker devices that don't work?
Apparently, T-Mobile sunsetted all first generation SyncUp Tracker devices without providing notifications to T-Mobile customers. The devices just quit working one day because they were no longer compatible with T-Mobile's T-Life application and the T-Mobile network. The old devices cannot be successfully onboarded. According to various T-Mobile technical support representatives I spoke with, any customer having a SyncUp Tracker first generation device with an active line of service is eligible to receive a SyncUp Tracker 2 device at no charge. The replacement process has been gruelingly frustrating. I have made multiple trips to various T-Mobile stores and have left empty-handed after assurances from T-Mobile store associates that the process would be straight forward. Lots of broken promises by T-Mobile at the store level and by T-Mobile phone support agents. I filed a warranty claim on a non-working first generation SyncUp Tracker device only to be sent another, non-functioning first generation device as a replacement. This has occurred twice in one week. Both obsolete first generation devices were returned to T-Mobile. I am about to attempt the warranty exchange process for a third time. I have been on hold for over 51 minutes waiting for a T-Mobile telephone support agent to answer. Long hold times have become another enduring T-Mobile standard operating procedure for many months.Auditory24 hours agoNewbie Caller15Views0likes0CommentsBusy Signal instead of Voicemail
When people call me, they hear a ringtone, then a busy signal instead of my voicemail greeting; therefore, they cannot leave a message. I looked to see if I had accidentally blocked the number, which is was not. I also restarted my phone. Please help.tess_artwork2 days agoNetwork Novice34Views0likes1CommentHow do I get the Blackberry Passport to run 4G VoLTE?
Unfortunately, 2G and 3G are going away from the United States for no good reason. But I do not wish for Blackberry Phones to become obsolete. I hear you can make old Blackberry Phones run the Android OS. Will this make the Blackberry Passport be able to text and make calls in 2025+?DWalkerR2 days agoNetwork Novice41Views0likes1Comment
