did i get lied to?

Did I just get lied to by the sales associate? I was in the store getting a new phone with the promotion they have for the free 14 when the associate tells me that they are also running a similar promotion on the 7 series watch. He tells me with a new phone purchase and activation of a digits line I can pay a total of 10$ a month for the digits line and get a basically free series 7 watch because they will credit me 18$ a month for the watch. Now I’m logged into my account and can’t find no such thing. I see the credit and promotion for the new phone but it looks like the watch is going to cost me 33$ a month. Am I just not seeing something or did he lie??!
