Lies, lies, lies....
On March 18, 2025 my 12 years with T suck started ending. The tower near my home, 1600 yards away, went down. Over the next three weeks I had one bar of LTE and could not hold a phone call. During calls with my 86 year old father would drop and sound robot. Sometimes the call would last 3 minutes, sometimes 7 minutes...you never knew. Routinely I would make 6-8 call backs to finish a 6 minute call. This led me to contact both stores and so called customer service over the next 3 weeks. Each time a new story, the tower is down, it's just congested, it's routine maintenance, blah, blah. Long story short I couldn't make a call from my phone for 3 weeks. After about 15 calls that ended up in the Philippines speaking to someone who barely spoke English, no one could tell me what was wrong or when it would be fixed. Just hang on they said. After 3 weeks still no resolution. I couldn't even talk to an English speaking person no matter the time of day. A third of the time calls to customer service would drop or they couldn't hear me due to static on the line. Supervisors count even tell me WHY the tower was down for 3 weeks. Can't you build a whole new tower in 3 weeks?!?!? I'm so done. Verizon might raise bills more often but I can at least make a phone call. I had Verizon for 11 years before T suck and I'm going back.54Views1like0Comments
