Payment increased on 2nd month

im a long time customer and they just ripped me up by increase my monthly amount on 2nd month when i purchases new phone.   i called multiple times but no luck.  They gave fax number to file it but fax number 855-839-0501 is not in service.  
their sale agent told me my new monthy amount $167... then 2nd month it increased $30 more.
