Being charged for phone after returning back to Assurant...

I still have the receipt that UPS gave you when you go in and give them the package but is useless now. This all feels like a scam to me. I just want to put out there for people to be careful when sending a return phone. Looks like I’m not the only one, I see other post same as me.
Yes definitely a scam ...Assurant is trash and tmobile is the can...how unfair they treat their customers who do their part to only get scammed for more $$ . Class action calls and a team of 7 lawyers get em twerkin..in no time!!!
