Where are all the T-mobile agents???

@HeavenM Well, I tried what you suggested and still cannot get a hold of a representative in chat support.  I’ll be making inquiries today for another service provider.

I hardly ever call customer service for any company if I can help it. My kids are way too disruptive when I am on the phone, so I prefer chat style support. I recently messaged in the T-Mobile app and had a rep within a couple of minutes. I know a lot of people on the Community like to use Facebook or X to get support, so I tried that too a few days later for a different question. Again, I got support in a couple minutes and they were amazingly friendly and easy to work with. They usually have all the same access that the phone reps do without the ridiculous hold times.  

I would like an answer to that too! I just bought the Iphone and I cant set it up because no tech support!!! I have tried calling last night and this morning!! I got someone overseas that asked me too many personal questions, so much that I did not trust what I was calling. Now im on hold or HOURS and cant get any help. Im at the point where im gonna go to a Tmobile store, return this phone and cancel my account with Tmobile! I have been with them for over 15 years but this is unacceptable!
