Where are all the T-mobile agents???
It used to be easy to get ahold of a t-mobile agent. Now, I wait forever to speak to someone. As I write this, I've been holding for 45 minutes, and counting! Is everyone on strike? What's going ...
I would like an answer to that too! I just bought the Iphone and I cant set it up because no tech support!!! I have tried calling last night and this morning!! I got someone overseas that asked me too many personal questions, so much that I did not trust what I was calling. Now im on hold or HOURS and cant get any help. Im at the point where im gonna go to a Tmobile store, return this phone and cancel my account with Tmobile! I have been with them for over 15 years but this is unacceptable!
