Tmobile is the worst company doing business today
T-Mobile is the worse service to have!
I do not recommend them to ANYONE!
The customer. Service reps are not knowledgeable. The supervisors are even worse. I'm sure what's going to happen as it's going to be a class act against T-Mobile for jacking up their price also charging you fees that has nothing to do with your service!
Exactly. I'm a sprint carry over. I used to have T-Mobile way back when they barely started, pre smartphone days. ($35 unlimited EVERYTHING). Left them then, after just 2 months, cus of shady practices. Went to Metro for a little (pre T-Mobile take over) then got on sprint back in 2012. Aside from the usual service issues, sprints customer support was top notch. Had a problem? They took care of it. Best deals EVER. longer you were with them, they actually VALUED your staying with them, with exclusive deals. Not 'oh, the bogo/$150 instant savings/half off/on us, Deals are just for NEW customers' no they gave EXISTING customers such deals.
Then T-Mobile takes them over. Acquired ALL the sprint customers. Then almost immediately throws them under the bus. Going back on every promise they ever claimed. Last deal I EVER got, was before they took over. Haven't received anything since. Gone was my loyalty credits ($10 per line, for 24 months towards that upgrade), gone was any deal at all. Eventually I went to add our son into my plan (I have had the 2 lines since 2012, so this was a 3rd, for him). MyWay plan, I was supposed to be able to add unlimited lines too. (I didn't get stuff like data cap, throttling, etc. And that plan, as long as I kept it, wasn't supposed to be changed, ever. No price increase, etc). Well they lied to me, got me off my grandfathered plan just so I could add my son on. (Found out after the fact, and of course ones kicked off that plan, it's gone forever). I'm STILL on a sprint plan, as I refuse to go full blown TM. However, I was paying $187 (included device payments on our now 5yr old devices) for 2 lines, they kept that price to add my son on. So now it was $187 for 3 lines, however, if I ever upgraded, not only do I not get any deals cuz I'm not a 'new' customer, it's whatever that device cost monthly to finance on TOP of my already expensive bill.
So they screwed me out of ever being able to upgrade. But doesn't matter, NOTHING in their lineup, do I even want. The devices I want, they no longer carry, and it's funny, cus they ANNIHILATE the top 3 flagships they do carry, for several hundred dollars less.
They're lucky they even have customers at all. With how messed up they've been. And now, starting next month, my plan goes up an additional $15 ($5 per line), claiming they have higher operational charges. What? It's a multi billion dollar company, who owns metro PCs, supply the government free phones with service, boost, etc. It's pure greed. And I think they want us to leave, or change our plans. Cus it's a tactic, to just force you off your grandfathered plan, one way or another, so they can now charge more for less. They can offer free lines for life, yet complain about higher operating cost? No, it's making all of us, whether sprint carry overs, or really long time customers, to PAY for OTHERS free lines, is how I see it. Also, I have till end of month to claim. But for the first time ever, since they took over sprint. They are offering me a free line. Catch is, it can't have a financed device, has to be a phone, not a tablet or watch. And, I cannot port one of the existing 3 lines to the free one (when all 3 are paid off). Why the hell would I want a 4th line?! Really? They increased my bill to $206 a MONTH, where upgrading is near impossible for me to afford to do, 5yr old phones, and no old ones laying around to even use the free one. See, they make such offers, knowing full well I will not or can't use it. But it's there way of saying that I can't say, I wasn't given a 'deal'. And I Google that, technically you have to have 2 paying lines, to be eligible. I have 3! So why can't I just port one of them to the free line, and actually SAVE me $70+ or so a month?! Was told my plan is to old. F*** outta here 😒
I've had Verizon in the past too. Not worth it. At&t wow, how TF are they still around? Their service is horrendous in most areas.
If I had another viable option, I would have jumped just after they acquired sprint. They were greedy and liars then (when they started) they're even worse now. And what is even sadder, is the employees are willing to screw over other people, cus if they don't, they will not have a job. And the whole lawsuit thing? Just like CrApple they will just laugh, cus they make so much, have a monopoly in many other carriers. They would pay whatever they have too, and come up with something else to make what they lost, back.
