Replacement phone from Amazon
im a tmobile customer, I broke phone, ordered same phone, RAZR 2nd from amazon, unlocked, and ordered new sim.
replaced 2nd gen razr with 2nd gen razr from amazon , unlocked, looks like it was a ATT, I did a reset.
I have new sim from t mobile, Im on hold with t mobile, thought Id reach out here,

The fact says it AT&T means it isn’t the unlocked model and is a AT&T specific model. To get those models unlocked you have to get AT&T to unlock them. The only way they’ll unlock those is if you meet their requirements.

You’d need AT&T to unlock it. T-Mobile will not be able to help you
