Re: T-Mobile's partnership with fascist Starlink is disgusting.
Are you guys aware that Verizon and AT&T customers will have Access to starlink as well right? It's just T-Mobile being first to beta it and chances are once out of beta the other carriers will start their plans. It's the same how Verizon and AT&T don't beta software phone updates.231Views0likes1CommentRe: Impossible to unlock- a paid off phone
There are a few reasons why it's locked and T-Mobile says it's unlocked. Bought from the manufacturer. The IMEI isn't in T-Mobile system as the manufacturer didn't send it to them. Doesn't matter which carrier you go to will have this problem. Have your receipt and contact tier 2 T-Mobile support(Facebook or Twitter is the faster way to get them) warranty exchange. The IMEI of the exchange will not be in the system under your account. 3rd party selling. If there are discrepancies on their account it can't be unlocked until it is a resolved. You can't resolve those issues as privacy laws do not allow it. iPhones are a interesting beast and has some odd conditions. Regardless of what Apple low level reps tell you. Reflex Seller policy is real and has caused problems for years since it was introduced. You need your receipt and the IMEI and send it to T-Mobile tier 2 support(Facebook or Twitter) to make sure it was really sold to you with Apple upper support(carrier support) and then they'll put the IMEI in the system for unlock.209Views0likes0CommentsRe: Tower
It's complicated. They can't just add a tower. They would need the spectrum in that area licensed to them. They would also need to buy or lease the land. Build the tower or lease tower space to add their antenna. It if applicable would also need the neighborhood board to sign off on it in some states. If they don't have the spectrum licensed then they have to get a roaming deal with who owns that spectrum. If T-Mobile wanted a tower added they'd need the licensing holder to build one or may have to end up building one for the licensing for domestic roaming.52Views0likes0CommentsRe: Missing calls and texts in or out from my T-Mobile usage and phone records reports...
That tells me they are domestically roaming on the towers near you. Since they don't have access to the tower like they have their own they have to wait for the data to be given to them. Try and double check who owns the towers near you. Don’t listen to the reps when you call in. They’ll only know if it has service but not who owns it. 3 towers near my workplace 2 T-Mobile and 1 Lutheran Church. If I am to on the backside I connect to the one at the church and all usage doesn’t always show up from time to time.1.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Missing calls and texts in or out from my T-Mobile usage and phone records reports...
Amato wrote: Thanks so much, but zero roaming, Samsung A15 and my lines are here in Tennessee, and never usage reporting? Not sure why... Domestic roaming you’d never know. For example the tower near my workplace belongs to a local cellular company that owns the rights to certain bands. T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T roam on that tower because they don’t own that spectrum and need the coverage. International roaming it will often give you a message or a symbol if you are internationally roaming. For usage on that tower I often don’t see usage from that are until days later and at times sometimes a month later. It’s all depending when the owner wants to get paid it seems like.789Views0likes0CommentsRe: Missing calls and texts in or out from my T-Mobile usage and phone records reports...
What device do you have? One possibility is you are domestically roaming in certain areas which those towers don’t always report usage until much later and isn’t always marked as when it happens. So like your call was at 2pm for example when domestically roaming it may show up in your usage up to a month later. This is with all carriers. Calls/text made using internet access(facetime, and iMessages as an example) will not show up as text or calls as they do not go through the carriers network like a traditional call/text. It will show up as data usage.755Views0likes0Comments
