Is it possible to unlock T mobile phones after I cancelled my services?

I have tried to reach out via chat and calling them. Both no luck. I lost my initial docs so I don’t know the account number now. Since the services is cancelled as well, I cannot get my account number from the my account page where it is just blank now.

So I want to ask if it is possible to unlock these phones now? Or they are now my electrical wastes.
