what is my transfer PIN?
Where can I find my transfer pin to transfer my number to another carrier ?

There is a new process for porting out a phone number to another carrier. Some great information can be found here. Transfer your phone number | T-Mobile Support There is a temporary PIN number that is needed and the last section on that webpage tells you how to get that.
