Poor Customer Service

Try using messenger on one of Tmobiles social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
Very poor customer service over the phone on Jan 23, 2025. For a simple question, I called the 800 number. The recording stated it would be an hour-long wait and allowed me to call back to the number I called. In the meantime, I called a local store, and he was very polite and solved my concerns. Lo and behold, T-Mobile returned my call, and since I got the problem solved, I did not pick up the phone at first. T-Mobile called back again. I told the rep. I contacted the local store and clarified my concern. She would not let me go. She said that for her to document, she needed my name, my social security number, and my son's social security number. I gave it all! Yet, she confused me more since she did not know what she was talking about herself. She wasted my 30 minutes. When I told my son what happened to me with T Mobile, he asked why I didn't hang up on her. My courtesy did not allow that. I wish T-Mobile had knowledgeable and courteous staff to speak with paying customers.
