Customer service representative lied

As this is a customer forum, and not a complaint line, I'd recommend you contacting TMobiles social media (X or Facebook) or through customer care and request a supervisor. Alternatively BBB filing
Oh no one of the only 3 providers lied to you??!!! Definitely consider moving to Verizon or AT&T, because they are sure to treat you like royalty there. Verizon has treated me so amazingly that I'm in the process of running here to Tmobile. And ATT was never the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere from any company ever in my life which cause me to switch to Verizon 9 years ago. I'm sure you will bc so pleased with either of those 2 remaining options as your new provider. Please I beg of you do come back here and let us know how beautiful and pure and gentle customer service is there so we can all just be green with envy at the total pampering you receive from their customer service.
Lol look its a cellular Karen, yes they all seem to have crappy service and lie, and you seem to support it by saying they all do it so its ok. T mobile has THE WORST customer service on the planet. They lie consistently to get you off the phone and end their call at some foreign call center and expect you to just roll over and pay. The easiest way to resolve it is switch to a prepaid carrier that isn't screwing you on charges and you know exactly what you're paying for. I would have NEVER signed up for tmobile but they bought sprint and we stayed for the endless hell of customer service screw up. Time to go give my money to a company that deserves it
