I called T mobile on Thursday. I asked the customer service lady, how can I lower my monthly bills? Do you still have the discount for people over 50? She asked me to hold on , I guess she thought she put me on hold, I listened to her talk about me to her coworker. I was pissed! Is that what you do at Tmobile, polite on the phone then get off and discuss the customer. I recorded the conversation.
