Customer Service

I called T mobile on Thursday. I asked the customer service lady, how can I lower my monthly bills? Do you still have the discount for people over 50? She asked me to hold on , I guess she thought she put me on hold, I listened to her talk about me to her coworker. I was pissed! Is that what you do at Tmobile, polite on the phone then get off and discuss the customer. I recorded the conversation. I’m having my daughter post it on social media when she comes over so customers will know.

    DO NOT GET T-MOBILE ! My wife and I went to Greece last year and bought the international calls plan and could NOT make or receive calls all month . We are now in the Bahamas and we are experiencing the same issue and they will still charge you every penny . If you have a job that requires access to your phone while out of the US DO NOT GET T-MOBILE . Attached are pictures showing the problem this time . Keep in mind it’s already been two days and o was charged .
