We’re streamlining our Simple Choice offerings. We are grandfathering our Simple Choice Family Match option as well as single line 6GB and 10GB plans.

Yes. We are streamlining our Simple Choice offerings for new customers, but customers who currently have Simple Choice plans can keep them as long as they like.

Simple Choice Family Match made sense before we eliminated data buckets with T-Mobile ONE. Now that we have an affordable Unlimited option for families, in most cases T-Mobile ONE is the best and most economical option.

No! Your bill will stay the same, there will be no price increase for current customers.

Yes. For single line customers, the Simple Choice 2GB plan will still be available, and for multi-line customers the 2GB/6GB/10GB plans will still be available.

New customers with two or more lines can still get 2 lines with 2GB for $80 just as before, and can still opt for 6GB/10GB of data for an additional $15/$30 per line. However, in many cases the price will be better on a T-Mobile ONE plan.

Families may have different needs than individual line customers. We are reducing the complexity of choosing the right plan for individuals. Anyone who needs more than 2GB of data should activate on T-Mobile ONE as the price is only $5 more per month than a 6GB Simple Choice plan for Unlimited data.

No, if you are an existing Simple Choice customer you can continue to add Simple Choice lines to your plan.

You can always move to and from different plans, as long as we are currently selling whatever plan you want to switch to. That said, if you are on a promotional plan or a plan that’s been grandfathered, because we no longer sell it, you wouldn’t be able to switch back.

Yes. You can add a line at 2GB/6GB/10GB to your Simple Choice Family plan.

No. if you want more data you will need to move to a T-Mobile ONE plan.

No! Customers on qualifying Simple Choice plans will still get Binge On, Music Freedom and Data Stash.
Customers who choose T-Mobile ONE won't need them because when you are Unlimited you don’t have to worry about your data.

Yes, those plans are still available for customers with two or more lines, however in most cases the price will be better on T-Mobile ONE and customers get the benefit of Unlimited everything.

Customers can sign up for the 2GB Simple Choice plan, or if they have multiple lines, they can sign up for the 2GB/6GB/10GB Simple Choice plans.

Customers who want to get in on our 4th line for free promotion on T-Mobile ONE plans should act before December 6, because like all our promotions, this deal is only around for a limited time.

Like similar deals we’ve offered in the past, if you signed up for a rate plan promotion, you’ll continue to get that monthly rate as long as you are on an eligible plan and remain customer in good standing.
