The T-Mobile Internet app lets you access your gateway and adjust some of the settings. For additional settings, check out the tutorials.

About the app
- Allows you to access and change the gateway settings right from your phone or tablet
- Must be connected to the Arcadyan KVD21 Gateway, Nokia 5G21 Gateway or T-Mobile LTE Wi-Fi Gateway through Wi-Fi to access
- Download the T-Mobile Internet app from the app store.
- Requires Android 6.0 or later / iOS 11.4 or later
- You can only use the app on one device at a time

Log in
- If you're setting your Home Internet up for the first time, use Getting Started with T-Mobile Internet.
- Make sure you're connected to the gateway over Wi-Fi and open the T-Mobile Internet App.
- Enter the administrator password, then select Log In.
- If you don't see a password field, choose Already setup? Log in first.
- The default password can be found on the back label of the device.
- If you forgot your password, select Forgot password and follow the on-screen steps.
Log out
At the bottom of the screen, select More > Logout.
Gateway Placement Assistant
The Gateway Placement Assistant helps you find an ideal location for your gateway by displaying the direction of the closest tower (this tool only shares the location of the tower, not the signal strength). To launch the Gateway Placement Assistant:
- From Home, select More about connection quality.
- Select Launch placement assistant.
Location
- To Share location, location sharing must be enabled from the mobile device settings.
- If you're unable to Share location, select Enter address to manually enter the desired address.
Manage Wi-Fi
- Select the Network tab at the bottom.
- Choose the desired network. You change the settings for each network separately.
- Enter a new Wi-Fi Network Name (SSID) or Password, then select Save.
- If you change the Wi-Fi Network Name or Password of the Wi-Fi you're currently connected to, you'll need to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
- To see the Wi-Fi password you currently have entered, select the icon that looks like an eye with a line through it.
Manage schedule
- At the bottom of the screen, select Devices. You'll see a list of all devices connected to the gateway.
- Choose a device to view or adjust the following settings:
- Select the Connected / Disabled switch to manually turn a device on or off.
- Select Manage Schedule and schedule blocks of time to disable a device.
- Choose the + icon to add a new disabled time period.
- Choose Schedule Options if you want to clear the schedule, or you can temporarily disable it by selecting STOP FOLLOWING SCHEDULE / FOLLOW SCHEDULE.
- Once a device is on a schedule, it can't be blocked.
Device & connection info
Connection and usage
- You can find this information on the Home screen in the app.
- The top bar shows the connection status between the device you're using the app on, the gateway, and the Internet.
- You'll also see your signal strength.
Connected devices
- At the bottom of the screen, select Devices. You'll see a list of all devices connected to the gateway.
- Choose a device, then select Device Information to see these details:
- Connection type (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
- IP address
- MAC address.
Gateway
Select More > Gateway information to view these details:
- Firmware version
- IMEI
- IMSI
- ICCID
- MSISDN
Change gateway password
- At the bottom of the screen, select More > Change your gateway password.
- Enter the current and new passwords, re-type the new password, then select Save.
Restart gateway
- At the bottom of the screen, select More > Restart your gateway.
- Select Restart gateway now and wait for the device to restart.
