How many time called and visit store, when I open T mobile account, I trade phone and $350 .00 pay, but bill show phone price every month $6.75 .this is my subject. The store said supervisor approved ,04/11/2022,but it doesn’t remove .still show Nobody solve this problem. Where is my paymentT mobile bill
Terrible t mobile It started when I open T mobile account April , now still continue every month still I visit T mobil store ,and still I call611, nobody fixed. Yesterday, I went store Colby Hutcherson he called customer service he said fixed ,but it doesn’t . This morning , I call 611 a man said something but I could not understand what he want to talk .anyway, T mobil service is not service ,business just business horrible just terrible business.it so stressful and regret myself to choose T mobil . I already paid remaining after trade price , but t mobile still charged phone cost. It is not trade ,just used trickery word and sell end over phone.bill prices was wrong
12/08/2021 I switched sprint to T mobile. I payed $125.00 and phone switched ,also $350.00 12/23/2021$62.85 I payed my senior plan, but, today I got a text message it shoe monthly payment $86.76 Why? The sale man said credit $ 400.00 .where is that credit ? This is Austin tx and ,I visited great hill store . He is unkind and after I visit to ask something so mean and rude. He said 2 years contract and every month take out credit ,but where? I am very unhappy with T Mobil sale and service . If I can I want to change.the other Mobil company T mobil is Horrible.
