bill prices was wrong
12/08/2021 I switched sprint to T mobile. I payed $125.00 and phone switched ,also $350.00 12/23/2021$62.85 I payed my senior plan, but, today I got a text message it shoe monthly payment $86.76 Why? The sale man said credit $ 400.00 .where is that credit ? This is Austin tx and ,I visited great hill store . He is unkind and after I visit to ask something so mean and rude. He said 2 years contract and every month take out credit ,but where? I am very unhappy with T Mobil sale and service . If I can I want to change.the other Mobil company T mobil is Horrible.

This is a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation. If you want a copy of your bill you need to sign into your mytmobile account and you can print it from there.
