t-mobile
76 Topicsi have been paying for 2 lines only using one
Today I learned that I have been paying for 2 lines for 17 months after removing my ex wife. Thats roughly $600. The person who removed my phone told me that my account would update and I got the notification that it did. But it wasnt the change of plan notice. It was just the phone removal and I didnt know the difference. Tmobile wants to pay me 3 of the 17 months which i find ridiculous. I have been a tmobile user since i returned from okinawa in 2014. 10 years. And now I find they they have robbed me of $600 and want me to be satisfied with 3 months credit. If this isnt resolved im obviously switching companies and taking whatever action I need to get my money back. Ridiculous.386Views1like3CommentsLegacy Pay As You Go Mysterious Random Outgoing SMS Messaging Charges
I am one of those who still have the legacy Pay As You Go. It is not my primary number but I keep it since I like the number. So, I almost never use it. I keep about $10 in it. Today I was trying to make a phone call and it said I did not have enough money. I checked my account and it was at 0 balance. If I look under Line Details → View Your Usage, it says “No records found.” I left the Billing Cycle filter out. However, at one point, I got to the Transaction History screen (can’t find my way back now), it had a bunch of “DomesticUsage”, Outgoing, Usage Type: Message charges. It seems they are on random days and most were 0.10. The online rep: said that this meant I sent texts on those days said they did not keep records on which numbers the texts were sent to would not believe me when I told her I did not tried to sell me a monthly plan 😂 It seems others might have this problem too: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/158dw8l/my_mom_has_a_legacy_payasyougo_prepaid_plan_but/ and I have had an episode with them a few years ago that made me not trust their billing system. I ended up asking the Rep to disable incoming and outgoing texts and put more money in. Beware!568Views0likes2CommentsFREE PHONE PROMOTION IS A SCAM!!!
I AM SO FURIOUS WITH BEING RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! Call every bill cycle and it never gets corrected!!! I traded in my iPhone for a free iPhone. Nothing was ever said about getting only so much for my phone. Free is free. The store manager scammed me and the reps continue to lie to me. They promise to credit me and it doesn’t happen. I CANNOT BELIEVE A BUSINESS LIES TO CUSTOMERS!! Disgusting!!!2.1KViews5likes6Comments- 167Views0likes1Comment
DISASTROUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE PHILIPPINES
The TMobile service from the Phillipines is so horrible! I've tried 8 times to fix my plan and my billing back to where they should be after fraudulent transactions from complete incompetent Customer Service Agents and Supervisors screwed it up and can't fix it correctly. I'm turning my complaints over to the MN Attorney General. I'm hoping they can investigate and open up a fraud claim against TMobiles' disastrous customer service. I once loved TMOBILE and had great service, but NO LONGER!! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM 26 YEARS!! It doesn't just piss me off to have to deal with the incompetent Phillipine service, it's just SAD!! I'M calling another provider to switch to. TMOBILE....... WHAT THE HELL????144Views0likes0CommentsT-mobile charging me for returned phone
So my s23 ultra broke back in July, i used the insurance. Tmobile sent me a refurbished phone and a prepaid ups label to send the old phone back. After about a month I get a notification that I owe 1400 dollars for a device I never returned. I called customer service, gave them the tracking number that ups says was delivered to Ft Worth Texas. Customer service calls me back in August saying they still haven't located the phone and pushes billing out to October. I get a call from customer service this month and saying the IME number on the phone that was received was not the correct phone so now they are trying to stick me with the bill. The phone I returned was 100 percent the phone I got from the local store. What do I do?130Views0likes0Commentsreactivation fee!
I check my Internet bill on the first of every month, unless it says I have a credit the month before. (Sometime I prepay a month or so in advance) July, it said I had a credit and this month... September, it said I owed a reactivation fee of 24 bucks! That's close to half my bill! I went through all my bills again with a fine tooth comb only to see that they take the money from the credit on the 19th, so me checking on the first was pointless!123Views0likes0CommentsWrong bills, every T mobile representative gives a different answer, how to get a person in T-Mobile who can solve problems
I have been receiving incorrect bills for a few months. I called 611 every time after I received a text message or a bill. Some representatives told me that they would correct the wrong charges, but next month the bill is still incorrect, same mistake. The bill becomes more and more strange and confusing. Many “onetime charges” without any explanation. There was even a charge of $15 for “Google One Cloud Storage” which I have never used and have not heard about it. I called 611, the representative could not explain it and did not want to correct it. I have been struggling to correct the mistakes every month. Now T-Mobile do not give call back option, I waited 45 minutes, then 1.5 hours over the phone last Sunday. Nobody answers the phone. Monday, called again, waited for 1 hour, a representative answered the call and made me more confused. I have been driven crazy by the wrong bills. Is there anyone in T-Mobil who can solve the problem and end this nightmare for me?Solved535Views2likes6CommentsDispute
TMobile has intentionally and knowingly refused to cancel my account despite dozens of hours on phone calls, 3 visits to stores, unknown chat requests, social media posts, etc. Despite all the mentioned avenues, TMobile claims I never cancelled my account, though they have the phone records proving I did (not to mention the returned equipment - meaning I cannot use the 5G internet). Now I cannot even receive a simple detail like a legal mailing address or email to file a dispute. I’m sharing what I have finally discovered through hours of work: Legal Department 12920 S.
