Today I learned that I have been paying for 2 lines for 17 months after removing my ex wife. Thats roughly $600. The person who removed my phone told me that my account would update and I got the notification that it did. But it wasnt the change of plan notice. It was just the phone removal and I didnt know the difference. Tmobile wants to pay me 3 of the 17 months which i find ridiculous. I have been a tmobile user since i returned from okinawa in 2014. 10 years. And now I find they they have robbed me of $600 and want me to be satisfied with 3 months credit. How do I go about getting assistance with being Baited and Switched regarding my phone plan? In Feb of 2024 I reached out to Tmobile Text Customer Support to discuss upgrading my phones. I was very clear when asking for TOTAL BILL price from the rep. Rep said TOTAL BILL would be roughly $255. The bill has been $310 each month since. Ive called monthly to try to remedy, but never get helped. Just a $60 bill credit and told a manager would call and that never happens. I am one of those who still have the legacy Pay As You Go. It is not my primary number but I keep it since I like the number. So, I almost never use it. I keep about $10 in it. Today I was trying to make a phone call and it said I did not have enough money. I checked my account and it was at 0 balance. If I look under Line Details → View Your Usage, it says “No records found.” I left the Billing Cycle filter out. However, at one point, I got to the Transaction History screen (can’t find my way back now), it had a bunch of “DomesticUsage”, Outgoing, Usage Type: Message charges. It seems they are on random days and most were 0.10. The online rep: said that this meant I sent texts on those days said they did not keep records on which numbers the texts were sent to would not believe me when I told her I did not tried to sell me a monthly plan 😂 It seems others might have this problem too: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/158dw8l/my_mom_has_a_legacy_payasyougo_prepaid_plan_but/ and I have had an episode with them a few years ago that made me not trust their billing system. I AM SO FURIOUS WITH BEING RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! Call every bill cycle and it never gets corrected!!! I traded in my iPhone for a free iPhone. I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was met with what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number that I do not have through T-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent126Views0likes0CommentsCant able to link phone number
