Tmobile said I was getting 800 on trade in and a free watch. So I gave them my Note 10 Plus along with 475 cash in exchange for an S23 Ultra and a supposedly free watch. I was told the phone was paid in full and the watch was free and that they were switching my plan to 55+ to lower my bill. Then the bill came and it had gone up by over 100 a month, they've been charging me monthly for the phone and for the watch since April of 2023 and say I owe them over 750 for the phone. Now I am not so dumb as to ever agree to trade my phone and also pay over 2500 for any new phone and I never wanted the watch that they are charging me 400 for and another 14 a month to connect it even tho I have never once used it. I went to the BBB website and it says TMOBILE is not a BBB member I have had zero luck with the aproximately 3 hrs a week for 10 months that I've spent talking to customer service then I find out they've been charging me 10 dollars for each of call. I've been paying for all those wasted hours where they always make empty promises I don't know what to do about this Ive been a customer for nearly 20 years Do I need a lawyer? Is there a way to file some kind of official complaint? Any advice would be appreciated3.2KViews4likes9CommentsSpam/Scam calls from fake local numbers
I have begun to get three to six calls daily from random supposed local numbers which begin with a little “gong” noise when and if I answer. They all proceed to a foreign voice claiming to represent Social Security shipping department (?). Googling, I find no way to decline these calls without routing them direct to voicemail. This wouldn’t be such a problem, but for the last three weeks I was traveling in Africa and the calls continued, with each I suspect, costing me a quarter for the connection. There must be some way to either end these calls without connecting, or for T-Mobile to identify and block these calls or identify as Spam Likely and not make the connection. Would like to end this nonsense decisively. Can anyone help ???Solved572Views1like8CommentsAnyone else get scammed by Rose Farmers?
I used the Rose Farmers promotion for the $30 flowers or whatever and they promised 2 day free shipping. Now it's FIVE DAYS. They gave me a $40 credit on my NEXT order but they won't do anything about the present situation, just sorry, tough luck. They offer a guaranteed delivery option on their website for five bucks and I guess if you don't take that they'll take as long as they want to ship perishable, fresh flowers to you. Now I have to use PayPal purchase protection to try to get my money back. What a headache and a waste. If you see this promo do NOT take it, tell your friends. The Rose Farmers promo is a scam.2.1KViews3likes9Commentsdid anyone else get scammed by tmobile
joined t-mobile about a month ago. was told we would get the 55+ plan that costs $110 a month and our two iphone 15 pros would cost less than $8 each per month and we would get autopay making our bill about $115-116 a month. They charged us $154. Called the bill pay customer service folks and they said the deal I qualified for didn’t exist under that specific plan even though I was told otherwise. Shame on you tmobile. They said I could qualify for the discount on the phones if I just add $20 to my bill. I don’t know how these people sleep at night. When you demonstrate shady business practices you will eventually get caught.Solved2.5KViews2likes7CommentsT-Mobile non return fee on gareway scam
I have sent my gateway back using the return label provided by T-Mobile. The tracking(1Z0545229096661887) shows delivered on November 2nd 2022. T-Mobile now charged me $399 + tax for non return. They are scamming people by charging the money for the device they received and now the agent and the supervisor is convincing me that they will take care of $200 and the remaining is my responsibility. i am not accepting that offer as T-Mobile is scamming people and getting free money. What can i do to get this charges taken care. Can i file a lawsuit on this as i have all the proof of delivery. T-Mobile says that they cannot locate the device.5.5KViews5likes25Commentsscam discount call
Hi, I got a call offering a monthly discount for 24 months. I stayed on the phone for 30 min, I didn’t give any information about my account, they had all my information so I thought it was a legit call. However, they asked me to pay taxes for a new phone and pay for documents with all information about the discount. I declined at that point. My concern is about all my information to be compromised. Can you confirm that T-Mobile is doing that marketing campaign? Also, can you confirm that my account details are not compromised? thanksSolved1.5KViews1like3CommentsMisleading T-Mobile Offer Resulted in Higher Monthly Bill and Unwanted Lines
Two months ago, I had 9 lines on my T-Mobile account, and on August 24, 2024, I reached out to chat support to remove one line. At the time, I mentioned to the agent that I had two additional lines that might join the account if there were any suitable deals or offers available. My bill for 9 lines was $245, and I emphasized that I didn't want to increase my monthly bill. The agent informed me about a "buy one, get one free" offer, explaining that if I removed one line and added the two new lines, my bill would remain the same at $245. This offer made it financially feasible for me, so I proceeded with the changes based on the agent’s assurance that my monthly payment wouldn't increase. However, the following month, I discovered that my bill was $280, not $245 as the agent had promised. I verified this with a copy of the chat, proving that the agent had misrepresented the offer and the final cost. I then visited T-Mobile support four or five times to resolve this issue, but each time, they apologized for the “miscalculation” yet insisted the bill would stay at $280 for 10 lines, leaving me with two extra lines and an additional $35 on my monthly bill. If the agent had disclosed that the final cost would be $280, I would not have added the two lines. This misrepresentation effectively scammed me into increasing my plan, resulting in an unwanted burden.Solved590Views0likes3CommentsScammed after Survey
If you are prompted to take a customer survey for T-mobile and then offered a “free” item for participating...do NOT participate. I have recently discovered that I have been scammed for more than 3 months at $49.99 a month by Bigtakeup.com after accepting the offer and receiving a “free” flashlight! I had to cover the cost of shipping, which is how they had my credit card info. Information about this company is posted on https://www.scamdoc.com/view/674681#comment-add-success and someone there posted the same issue relating to T-mobile. My question is has anyone else experienced this issue and did you reach out to T-mobile?5.3KViews1like9CommentsSpam Caller: +1 805 637 7243
This # has been leaving voice messages ever since I got my phone in 2018. Every time I shut down my phone then turn it back on it says that I have a new voice message from the same #. Then its says that voice mail was detected using SMS but I haven't even been able to set up my voice mail. So I Googled the # to see if anyone else was having this problem and I found that this # is from Santa Barbara and many people have had this issue just like me and most of them said that this # had something to do with T-Mobile. Then I heard that this # was a viruse or a hacker trying to get into your phone which almost gave me a heart attack. So if you could explain to me what this # really is then that would be great.179KViews1like30CommentsTraded in iphone 12 mini and tmobile claims it was damaged
Traded in my Daughter’s iPhone 12 mini in near perfect condition (I know because I’m the one that transferred her data over to her new phone, wiped down her old phone, left it in its case, and then packed and shipped it myself) only for them to claim they received the phone damaged. In the pictures they provided her case isn’t on the phone anymore and the phone has fingerprints and grime all over the screen. Like I said before, I cleaned the entire phone before packing. It was clean all around, not a fingerprint on it. So now, instead of the $999 credit, they’re offering me $43. What a complete scam!! Something is not adding up.124Views0likes0Comments
