I’m so utterly annoyed, my blood is boiling, I pay for this protection 360 junk, to be on chat with them Assurant and T-Mobile for a couple hours while I’m working, for them to say I have apple extended warranty, and I HAVE to go through apple, WHAT!?!? WHY!?!? I DO NOT PAY APPLE FOR INSURANCE!!! I already knew what apple was going to do, of course charge me for the repair, and they sure did, $100 to fix a damaged screen??? So livid, I’ve already escalated this matter with T-Mobile, I will give them one chance to make this right, if I do not get reimbursed for my $100 I will take all 5 of my lines and go straight to their competitors. I am being charged much more than I was quoted . I have a hard copy of the “chat” and I was quoted a price that included all fees and taxes . I am one of those who still have the legacy Pay As You Go. It is not my primary number but I keep it since I like the number. So, I almost never use it. I keep about $10 in it. Today I was trying to make a phone call and it said I did not have enough money. I checked my account and it was at 0 balance. If I look under Line Details → View Your Usage, it says “No records found.” I left the Billing Cycle filter out. However, at one point, I got to the Transaction History screen (can’t find my way back now), it had a bunch of “DomesticUsage”, Outgoing, Usage Type: Message charges. It seems they are on random days and most were 0.10. The online rep: said that this meant I sent texts on those days said they did not keep records on which numbers the texts were sent to would not believe me when I told her I did not tried to sell me a monthly plan 😂 It seems others might have this problem too: https://www.reddit.com/r/tmobile/comments/158dw8l/my_mom_has_a_legacy_payasyougo_prepaid_plan_but/ and I have had an episode with them a few years ago that made me not trust their billing system. My registered auto pay card was hacked and I tried to pay online and reconnect auto pay. It allowed me to register new payment methods but wouldn't accept the payment 3 times! Why I don't know. I then called the so called customer service phone number to correct this issue and was told I would need to pay an additional fee of $5. because I spoke with a human!!! This is bull and simply a money grab. Until this bogus charge I had been completely satisfied with this carrier. Also when someone searches for T-Mobile CS there are multiple numbers but no mention of this "speak to a human fee". 20220901 Redeeming this offer is more confusing that it needs to be...the fine print states signing up for Apple TV app. But it would best to DIRECT subscribers to the “Activate your Apple TV+ subscription below. I couldn’t erase this post but I figured it out myself so hopefully someone else that is confused will read this and see my STEP by STEP solution: Go to home page and scroll down to the graphic below for Activate your Apple TV+ subscription. Step 1: click on wireless link if you are a current Magenta MAX subscriber and then follow prompts. It will convert your current 1 year FREE Apple TV+ account that states you will be charged $4.99 to a credited by T-Mobile account. Instead I was pulled into the fine print graphic that states registration via Apple TV app. You don’t need to do that. Just follow the link in the Activate your Apple TV+ subscription graphic that I just mentioned above to process this new feature. Anyhow good luck to you all. Hope this helps others. Has anyone (everyone?) noticed this situation: I purchased an iPhone SE at half price. The sales girl told my son that it came with a case and tempered glass. Later, I found out that the charge for the case and the glass (each $39.99) were added to my bill to be paid off in 24 months. There is absolutely no way I would have agreed to this as I barely could afford the half priced phone. We went to the store and asked about it and the rude manager said there’s nothing she would do about it. This is false misrepresentation. Different topic- How do our SyncUp Kids watches go from $10 a line to $12 and now $17 without notification? It was established for a 24 month auto draft. I am writing today to tell you about a problem with my account. In August we added a line for my wife’s brother who is in a nursing home in Ashville. The rep at the Ashville store made it clear that we were getting an iPhone 13 at a discount for a monthly charge of $43. Upon receipt of our first bill we were charged $20 more. when calling the Ashville store, the rep said he made a mistake and offered no remediation.We have visited stores in New York CIty and someone said they would correct the problem but was unable to. I would like this matter resolved by either giving us a one time credit for the full amount of the difference or a guaranteed $20 per month for two years. I have been with t-mobile for almost 2 years now and I pay every single month. But Some how I get charged all these extra stuff and hidden fees they dont tell you about. Not only do I have to fight every single month since they always want to turn me off on the 4th when I have told them I dont get paid till the 15th and have begged them. Not only do I have to deal with this I have been threatened by a agent which had me balling my eye’s out. and called some very rude names. Calling me responsible when I pay every month and not to Mention if you send back a product they charge you for a “damaged item thats happen to me twice now. I have been told not to call back because according to a agents words “this is how we do things dont like it dont call back” I am on hold with costumer care serve to talk about my bill for a total of an hour and a half now. I pay every single month there should be no reason why I have a 600 dollar bill when all I have is 2 phones and a internet. I ordered the Gray Green 512gb Samsung Z Fold 4 last Friday. 2-day delivery. T-mobile site and UPS site stated it was to arrive between Tuesday 11/25-11/30/22. Today is Sunday 12/04/22. I’ve called and spoken to multiple representatives from both T-mobile and UPS. UPS sent a notice via email that they were Out for Delivery on 11/29//22. No update given that they were changing the delivery date. Instead the next day the site says the package status is “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.” They offered no active solution except to wait and because UPS couldn’t find the package in their warehouse: to file a claim. T-Mobile & UPS representatives all keep telling me to wait because: (UPS) - its still being processed. They can’t find it. it might be on a truck. (but if its on a truck its been in the truck since Tuesday 11/29/22). Its been a week now. (T-Mobile) - Its the holiday and its most likely delayed. UPS shipping update states that the package was received at the local UPS 11/28/22 & Out for delivery on 11/29/22 @9:39am. Its been over a week. I’m filing a claim. I’ve been billed for a device that I did not receive. This is a trade-in and upgrade. The 30-day shipping window for sending in my device for trade-in is about to lapse. Please help. If its going to be a hassle like this, I don’t want the phone. Do something to help resolve this. What are my options? I don’t want to be billed for a phone that I did not receive. Its almost the 2nd month for the billing date of this phone that I did not receive and the 30-day window for trade-in is about to lapse. This is a terribly disappointing experience. I would recommend a more secure way for your customers to receive their order: Pick up shipped order at the local T-Mobile store. Or better yet, have UPS ship the phone to a local T-Mobile store. That way, your customers do not need to waste their time chained at the door. Modern times, need modern efficient solutions.
