hello, I have received Final bill from T-mobile that has negative total due amount. I believe that means there is a refund due. I switched from T-mobile almost 2 months back, and this is second bill with same amount has been sent. Not sure what I need to do to settle the account. I tried guest pay, but it did not work with account number provided on the bill. I am not able to log to my account or did not see any chat option for support. Please help explain the bill and next steps i should do. Thanks, ManishSolved15KViews1like8CommentsUpgrade Fees and Taxes
Hi - I was thinking about upgrading my phone and when I spoke with the associate I was told the cost would be ~$70. On the website, the phone listed was $0 down so I asked what went into that cost. They responded with and upgrade charge ($20) and taxes. The phone is listed on the website at $162 and the state I live in has a 1% sales tax so I am just curious what other taxes are included that would make up the difference?12KViews1like3CommentsT-mobile charging me after cancellation
T-mobile charging me after cancellation! I’ve canceled my iPhone-7 with T-mobile in February 2021. But I realized I’ve been CHARGED since then. I found out about the additional charges in July and contacted customer service. And the first customer service agent said it has been taken care of. But later, a few months after the call in July, T-mobile sent me bills again. So I called again to find out what was going on. Another agent told me that it has been taken care of. So there will be no charges. I asked for a written document to make sure I have a record of it. I have an email saying that the cancellation has been processed since Feb of 2021 and there will be no charges. But now. I got a bill of $92 from a COLLECTION AGENCY! I am so frustrated with T-Mobile. They are very sketchy, unprofessional, and disguising. T-mobile does not inform every information that customers need to know and never resolves an issue. They submit their incorrect bill to a CCA and ruin my credit. I have a written confirmation that the phone has been canceled and a balance of $0. It makes no sense why I get charged again. I will proceed to a legal lawsuit if it does not get removed from the CCA and cleared to a balance of $0. Please advise. -Ashley12KViews3likes16CommentsCan I upgrade my phone even if I'm under someone elses plan?
I’m currently under my father’s plan but I want to upgrade my phone. I can’t pay off the phone in full as of yet but I want to make monthly payments for the phone. Is there a way for me to have my credit card information saved under my dad’s account so that t-mobile will only charge my card for the monthly payments?10KViews0likes1CommentT-Mobile Charging me after cancellation!
Hello, I previously had cell phone service with T-mobile and we cancelled it and switched to ATT in September 2021 because we never had good service anywhere. My last bill was autopaid in September and never received any letter from T-Mobile. However, I received a letter from a debt collector named Convergent dated 1/10/22 for T-Mobile for $623.91. Then, I received a Final Notice letter from T-Mobile dated 1/20/22 saying that I owe $623.91. I called the debt collector and they said T-Mobile pulled the account from them. Then I received a letter from a different debt collector named Frontline Asset Strategies for the amount of $1,710.41. I disputed it with Frontline. T-Mobile has been charging me monthly for service that I cancelled in September 2021. How can they charge me for service that I don't even have? How can they try to send it to a debt collector, pull it back from them and send a different amount to a different debt collector before trying to contact me? I will proceed with a lawsuit if this account is not cleared to a $0 balance and cleared, as I have read online many multiple complaints of T-Mobile doing this to other customers. Thank you.9KViews2likes12CommentsBill Pay with PayPal
I am trying to pay my bill online with my PayPal card and it keeps telling me there's a problem and it won't go through. Has anyone else had this issue? There is a way to add TMobile to the bill pay section on my PayPal account but I need the zip code for the TMobile payment address and can't find that anywhere. I just need to pay my bill before the lines are suspended and it shouldn't be this hard.8.4KViews0likes3CommentsDo I seriously have to pay for service I have never used?
On February 25th 2020, I had established, via online, BYOD service for two lines for the 55+ plan. I only ordered two SIM cards (nothing else) at $10 each. Then, I get the order status, and I noticed I was charged $61.12. That did not sit well with me so when the UPS guy arrived on February 28th, I refused the package of the two SIM cards, and they were returned to sender (T-Mobile). A few days later, I get a bill in the amount of $66.87. I called T-Mobile and the rep informed me that the bill is for service and that I have to pay it. I told the rep to cancel everything and that I should not be charged for something I have not used. How could I have even used service, I never took possession of the SIM cards in the first place. T-Mobile has already obtained $61.12 out of me for the two SIM cards. T-Mobile should not get any money out of me for service I have never used. As I see it, It would be fraudulent to make me pay for something I have not used. Here, I don't even know what I'm all being charged for. I was charged for two SIM cards $10 each so what did the unmentioned $40 go toward?Solved7.4KViews0likes9Comments
