How to Send trade in device - Ordered though samsung.com but selected Tmobile version and EIP

    You should be able to find that return shipping label on the T-Mobile website or app after logging in.

    On the website,

    1. Go to Contact & Support at the top of the page and then select Check order status. 
    2. From the order status list, find and select the recent order.
    3. Select the trade-in device to review trade-in details.
    4. Under Trade-in device details, click Print shipping label button.

    On the app,

    1. From Home, there will be a reminder message informing how many days remain to be able to send in their trade-in device.
    2. Below the reminder message, select See trade-in device details >.
    3. Under Trade-in device details, select Email shipping label button.
    4. Enter email address and then Confirm & send.
    5. Confirmation message will appear stating the shipping label and shipping instructions have been sent to the email inbox.
    6. Print the label and attach it to the box to return the device.
