Windows laptop can't find T-Mobile Home Internet network... but all other devices can

Go to Device Manger, scroll to
Net work adapters click on it
You see wireless device, mine was (Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160)
right click then click on update driver
done!!!
