My visual voicemail stopped working 11/23/24, so I called Tmobile and they fixed it, but in doing so deleted all my old voice messages including those from my mother who died in February2024. I kno...
Once a voicemail inbox is reset, those voicemails are gone for good. In the future, save your voicemails from within the VVM app to your phone so you have a backup of them.
