TMobile gateway
Has anyone taken their TMobile Gateway in a carry on on a domestic flight? Jst wondering since it has a lithium battery in it.

Reminds me of a story, guy tried to take a drone on a flight, nope, he uses it for camera \photos. told him just say camera equipment, that was ok… people don’t like that word drone...

We have home internet in Kentucky and use the same tower for our vacation home in Alabama. We usually drive and take it with us, but we have started to fly. Southwest said TSA has guidelines which state 1. No more than 12V 2.No more than 100 watts 3. Lithium battery --no more than 2 grams of lithium metal. Too my surprise--no one at TMobile could answer those questions. From searching the internet we believe it will pass--just don’t want it to be confiscated.

Curious as to why you would take a TMobile home internet on a flight. you should be able to put it with luggage.
