Unable to stream via TV with Home Business Internet service

@Juno711 it is possible that because you have a “business” account, T-Mobile is “filtering” for streaming services. Take a look at the following TM page regarding filtering: https://www.t-mobile.com/business/filtering
Can you stream on a tablet or smartphone vs your smart TV? You may need to call the number of the page (bottom) and ask them to switch-off the filtering.
Let us knowhow it works out, it may help someone else.
UPDATE: After contacting business tech support - the issue about not being able to connect to streaming services is due to filtering in the initial setup of the router. After about 30 minutes online with support - they were able to remove the filters and I am now able to connect to streaming services on all TVs and computers.
