I think everyone using tmobile right now is having the hard time like you. Can’t access to certain sites and play certain game. There was something happened at t-mobile end so it blocking a lots of people form access those website and games. Factory reset wont work, teach support wont know what they doing. Hopefully at least they can report to the engineers so they can fix it asap.
