HOW TO LOGIN TO LOOK AT THE SETTINGS FOR THE DEVICE??

IT WONT LET ME LOGIN INTO THE IP ADDRESS TO LOOK AT THE SETTINGS IT KEEPS TELLING ME LOCKE GPU OR GPI WEB

    There should be an app in the Windows Store that will allow you to do the same things through your PC.

    I can't login to the apps to app at all. Can someone please help me get. Into them home internet app. I changed the name and password and now I can't get into it at all. Thank you
