How to change IP address subnet?

I need to change the IP subnet address and remove the DHCP server. 

I cannot use the 192.168.12.x it is using, nor can I have a DHCP server handing those IPs out. 

How do I access the configuration?

    Did you ever get to change your IP address on the router? I want to do it too. If not, if we call tech support can they do it for us?

    With the T-Mobile gateway you can’t disable the DHCP server or alter the private network addressing. You can use your own router and connect it to the T-Mobile gateway but then you set up a double NAT solution that might just open a new bag of snakes. 

    T-Mobile just does not offer the option to change the local LAN addressing.
