Ok so I've been with Tmobile now for 14 years there service has been great and have always helped fix problems with there service. So when I heard that they now offer home internet for 35 dollars a month I was like well why not makes sense to have everything with one company and was cheaper then what I was paying for internet. So I gave it a shot, and wow it was terrible I went through 4 of their wifi routers before I got one that worked. Once I finally got a good one service was good for about 6 months then problems started to happen nothing they did or told me to do would work and if it did, it would only work for a few weeks and right back to the same . It's been 2 years now of dealing with this I keep giving them chance after chance, but this year has been the worst. They have ran out of chances with me there home internet is trash it bull , it's there to take your money to pay for all those free phones they give away. Don't be a fool like me and waste your time or money on the home internet service or any service they offer. Unless you just want to be throwing away your money 💰.

The team member who addressed my call today was the first in a series of many (MANY!!!) calls who told me the TRUTH about our very poor service. She informed me that our area is now shown to have no internet coverage. WHAT??? When we first switched to T-Mobile for home internet, we were shown to be in a coverage area. Our service was fantastic for about 11 months. Since then, our service has gotten progressively worse. And now I learn that our area is no longer a "coverage area." Yet T-Mobile continues to take our money every month for service that is generally less than 10 Mbps and was 2.5 Mbps this morning (!!!). Bait and switch? This should be a crime!
