Ok so I've been with Tmobile now for 14 years there service has been great and have always helped fix problems with there service. So when I heard that they now offer home internet for 35 dollars a month I was like well why not makes sense to have everything with one company and was cheaper then what I was paying for internet. So I gave it a shot, and wow it was terrible I went through 4 of their wifi routers before I got one that worked. Once I finally got a good one service was good for about 6 months then problems started to happen nothing they did or told me to do would work and if it did, it would only work for a few weeks and right back to the same . It's been 2 years now of dealing with this I keep giving them chance after chance, but this year has been the worst. They have ran out of chances with me there home internet is trash it bull , it's there to take your money to pay for all those free phones they give away. Don't be a fool like me and waste your time or money on the home internet service or any service they offer. I also got rid of spectrum because of there B.S. that I was dealing with. So I thought since I've been with T-mobile for 15 years that was the right place to go and its only 50 bucks a month and doesn’t change (unlike spectrum) so I went with them. I had problems with my gateway and did everything they ask and still had problems to where they sent me a new one so I tried the new one hoping that it will be better. I also have one of there cell spots that they used to offer to people that were in the middle of their cell coverage I was in between their 2 towers. When I had that working with spectrum I all ways had great service with everything now with this gateway that T-mobile has I can’t get it to work right I’ve tried to have CS help but that was a nightmare since I couldn’t understand them. Now that I have 2 of their home internet gateways because I haven't sent the other one back yet seams to work better and no lag on anything but as soon as I only use the new one I have problems again so idk54Views0likes0CommentsHome internet
Does anne else have problems with there home internet saying that it has excellent signal but it has no signal or weak signal and it always buffering when I'm watching a movie on Paramount or it says that I have no internet connection but showing excellent signal .I switched from spectrum because of there bull shit ways with my bill and crappy CS but I didn't want to go from that to this. I've done everything that they suggested on moving in to a different spot but still not getting the same service I had if I knew this I would have gone to a different company all together but since I've been with TMobile for 18 years I thought that it was the right choice but now I'm not sure1.2KViews7likes11Comments
