Is it possible to get a static IP with the 5G Home Internet service? Normally I wouldn’t need it but since my connection dies at least once a week I get a new IP every time my modem reboots. I work...
I got a better one. My MLB.TV account (paid for by Tmobile) needs an IP that specifies my location. Up until this year everything worked fine. This year my IP has my location as various suburbs of Los Angeles, whereas I'm physically just north of San Diego. I have to call MLB.TV once a week to get it changed so LA isn't blacked out. Tmobile tells me there's nothing they can do. Am I the only one experiencing this?
