home internet 5g soo slow under 1gbps why?

I am having the exact same issue. Seems to me like everyone is having that issues on T-Mobile Home Internet. I would have been better off staying with my last provider. This is rediculous!!!

1 mbps not 1gbps , and some time during the day. drop down to 0.32 mbps sometime go to 20 mbps couple time at 6.00  mbps . we will be happy if it stay around 10 or 12 . hope thing will change. 

1GBps would be amazing. Do you mean 1Mbps?
