devices on Wifi
Has anyone's wifi gateway stop showing their devices? I can't see all the devices that are connected or schedule the ones that need to be scheduled.

I can not get on the devices either, keep getting the message that I am not on wifi, to set it up. I am on wifi, have logged out and back in so many times that I am dizzy. Also am not able to get to the admin screen to see the primary and secondary #. Very frustrating, so upset that I left at & t for this and can no longer get the internet plan I once had.

I have not been able to get the T-Mobile Home Internet iPhone app to do that on my iPhone 12 Pro. I removed the mobile app and reloaded it several times but have never had it show the devices. Maybe it takes a long time for it to do so but I did not have the same success with that application.
I loaded nmap on my MacBook Pro and ran a scan of the subnet to get a full list of the devices on my LAN. That got the job done with a good listing.

The Nokia web GUI doesn’t show each device connected, but my T-Mobile Home Internet iPhone app displays each device fine. Not sure about the Arcadyan.

I have the Nokia GW and I have not seen it show the devices. It will report the number of devices connected on the Overview page of the browser interface but will not list them. I tried to use the TMO home internet mobile app and have found it to be nothing but trouble. When I first got the TMO home internet setup in Jan of 2021 with the initial firmware on the Nokia I seem to recall the mobile app showing devices. After the first upgrade of the firmware that was gone. The mobile app seldom works for me and tends to hang and force me to reboot my iPhone 12 Pro to even be able to use it then. I dont like nor do i recommend the mobile app as it just does not work that well. It is much easier to use a web browser and connect to the GW. If you have the Arcadyan GW well reporting is less than with the Nokia so workarounds are necessary.
