Second admin ?
Does anybody know if a second admin can be added ? My wife is currently just a “guardian” and is not able to add contacts.
T-Mobile needs to fix this. We struggling too and they are not delivering what they've p promised.
The same issue. Our ticket has been open for more than 2 months. This is unacceptable. 😠 I wish T-Mobile just bring back SyncUp Kids app!
Also have this issue. My wife can't track our son because I couldn't set her up on the T-Life app to add our son. Would love to know some way to do this.
